You may wish to cancel an order. All cancelled orders are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 5%.

To cancel an order, you must call customer service at (740)326.6550 within 24 hours of placing the original order. All Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, and other related cancellation fees to be determined by the type of item cancelled, the time and day cancelled, and whether or not the item was a special order. Special Order items may NOT be cancelled.

Any item that has already left our warehouse may NOT be cancelled and will need to be returned through our returns process.

Attempts to cancel an order by email will NOT be accepted or recognized any may result in further order cancellation penalties.

We will do our best to cancel the order if needed but can NOT guarantee that the order has not shipped.

If the order has already shipped Trail City LLC will deny the cancellation and inform you of the reason for the cancellation being denied.

If we ship your order before it can be cancelled and you refuse your order or do not accept your order, or your order was undeliverable, your order may or may not be returned to us by the shipper.

It is your responsibility to be sure that the order is returned to us.
